Nix Digital Photo Frames chosen by Wired (US) Magazine and Chicago's Museum of Science & Industry to feature in 'Smart Home' Exhibition - February 2010:

The unique Energy Saving Motion Sensor that features on the X10A frames has been recognised by the curators of an upcoming Exhibition as a sensible approach to how Digital Photo Frames will play their part in reducing electricity costs in a move to create Chicago's Greenest home.

The Smart Home: Green & Wired exhibit, a fully functioning, eco-friendly home on the museum's grounds, will be transformed for 2010 by Midwest Living.  The home will be redesigned to reflect the lifestyle of a couple looking to minimise home maintenance, maximise efficiency and settle into a space that is not only beautiful, but functional.

The 2010 exhibit will emphasise great spaces for entertaining, a master bedroom that serves as a retreat, a whimsical nursery/playroom, and a functional home office.  The Nix X10A frame will liven up the home with its eye-catching High Resolution Images and quirky Motion Sensor as thousands of guests pass by it every day for the rest of 2010.

Here's what the folks at Digital Photo Magazine have to say about our new Energy Saving frame - December 2009:

Waterstones & Sony use Nix Digital Photo Frames for Nationwide Product Launch of the New Sony e-Reader - September 09

UK based Creedon Technologies Ltd., makers of the hugely popular Nix Digital Photo Frame range are pleased to announce a partnership with the UK’s leading bookseller Waterstones.

Providing them frames for a stylish shop display in promoting the new range of Sony e-readers.

To advertise the latest range of Sony e-Readers, Waterstones and Sony purchased several hundred Nix TS08C’s in order to play a constant looping MPEG4/.AVI advertisement video file that promotes the e-reader behind a glass display. Why? because no other frame could deliver the style, technical requirements and image quality required by Sony. Not even the Sony Digital Frames met the requirements.

So if you are a shop-owner or anyone else with a need to display promotional still images or moving video why not consider using a Nix Digital Photo Frame to visually enhance your customer experience and draw their attention to whatever product you prefer to promote.

We also have the brand new X10A, a Hi-Resolution 10 inch display that has a built in motion detector that switches on/off when it senses movement nearby. Perfect for catching customer attention with placement by a cash register or shop entrance.
