The NIX 8" Hu-Motion Frame offers the features that our digital picture frame review research found to be the most sought after in a digital photo frame. The digital frame is one of the best digital photo frames available because of its excellent display quality and 1GB of internal memory.

The smooth black plastic of the Nix 8″ Hu-Motion feels solid and blends well with most modern furniture. There is a line of touch sensitive buttons on the side that instantly reminded me of Android’s hardware buttons and I found myself reaching out and attempting to swipe the screen at various points when testing.

I’ve been looking around to try to find the right digital frame solution so that I could put the frame in my study at the office as well as some areas around the building that, when people walk by, they can stop and look at some pictures of things that have been going on over the years. That’s why I was so excited when I was invited to review the NIX 8″ Hu-Motion Digital Picture Frame.

The great thing about this gadget is that you get to enjoy your photos in your home without a massive electricity bill, nor do you need to worry about playing with any complex gadgets. I must admit, I love the combination of the remote control and the motion sensing aspect of the frame, since you get complete control over when the gadget is switched on.

A remote control and internal battery sets this digital photo frame apart from the pack. The Nix TS08C is the only device in our Group Test that comes with an internal battery, so you can unplug it and hand it around the room if you wish.

The photo frame shows detail and clarity that I am surprised to get for the small frame and just goes to show how well it is built. The Nix Digital Photo Frame really does a great job with good quality video but also does well with lower quality like those from inexpensive digital cameras that also record video.
