Return Policy
In the event that you need to return a Digital Picture Frame either because it is unwanted or faulty, please email us at sales@nix-digital.com to register your case. Please include your original order number within the email. Before doing so, please refer to the information below to make sure you are fully aware of the guidelines. In each case, however, we will respond to your individual circumstances with the aim of achieving a mutually acceptable resolution.
FAULTY ITEMS:
* All NIX products have a standard 1 year manufacturer warranty covering manufacture defect. Your original receipt or order number acts as proof.
* This does not cover faults caused by accident, neglect, misuse or normal wear and tear.
* When you have contacted us with your case, we will guide you through the returns procedure. Upon receipt of the frame, we will either repair or send a replacement out to you if the product is found to be faulty. Refunds may also be issued in certain circumstances. This will be at the discretion of the NIX management.
* In the event of a product found not to be faulty no refund will be made and the product will be returned to the customer at their expense.
* If the item is found to be faulty or a packing error has occurred - the postage for returning the item to us will be refunded in the form of Amazon Vouchers if requested. These Vouchers can be used for any future purchases on Amazon.com. To qualify for this, you must email us immediately after posting the faulty item to declare how much you spent on shipping. Please note, you must return the item by standard delivery only. We do not re-imburse costs for premium shipping services such as DHL, FED-EX or UPS. Therefore, the maximum refund we can apply in each case is up to $20 per parcel.
UNWANTED ITEMS:
* We qualify unwanted items as items that might have been ordered incorrectly, are found to be unsuitable or have been purchased as a gift that the receiver already owns or has no need for. When you contact us at sales@nix-digital.com, you must state your reason for return.
* If the item has been purchased from our website, all refunds in this case are at the discretion of NIX management and must be agreed within 14 days of the product being received. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of agreement being reached. Items must be in original packaging with all parts as supplied and be in perfect, re-saleable condition.
* NIX will not issue refunds for the customer’s postage.
