How To Order?

1. Click on the frame you like

2. At the bottom of the product description page is the icon 'Add' (found next to the price) - click this.

3. Then click the icon 'Shopping Cart' (top right of the webpage) or 'View Cart' (right side of the webpage).

4. You'll notice half way down the page is icon 'select' (referring to selecting free shipping).

5. Then select the 'Google Checkout' icon and make payment!

Returns

FAULTY ITEMS:

All products have a standard 1 year manufacturer warranty covering  manufacture defect.

These must be returned to the source of sale (ie Amazon)  within the specified dates of their current Returns Policy. If the date of their Returns Policy has expired, please email us  to arrange the return with our service department. Upon receipt,  we will send a replacement out to you if the product is found to be faulty. Refunds may also be issued in certain circumstances - please contact us for details.

UNWANTED ITEMS:

If the item has been purchased from another source (ie Amazon), all unwanted items must be returned to them  according to their terms and conditions.  If the item has been purchased from the Nix  website, all refunds in this case are at the discretion of Nix and must be agreed within 14 days of the product being received. If a refund is agreed, the item must be returned to us within 7 days of agreement being reached. Items must be in original packaging with all parts as supplied and be in a re-saleable condition. Nix will not issue refunds for the postage.

POSTAGE:

For customers not returning the product to us directly, then you must arrange postage refunds with the relevant party you are dealing with. 

For customers who are dealing with us directly:

If the item has been ordered incorrectly, found to be unsuitable or simply no longer required - the postage cost is the responsibility of the customer.

If the item is found to be faulty or a packing error has occurred - the postage for returning the item to us will be refunded in the form of Amazon Vouchers  if requested.
